Product details
Latisse, the first eyelash growth drug.
Latisse from Allergan is now approved by the US FDA as the first drug recommended for eyelashes growth.
Latisse ( a 0.03% bimatoprost ophthalmic solution) will be the first licensed medicine to be indicated for enhancing your eyelashes. Latisse will increase your eyelashes in length, thickness and darkness.
As announced Latisse will be available on prescription in the US during the first quarter of 2009.
As scientist say, Bimatoprost is the active ingredient of glaucoma drug Lumigan, also by Allergan and eyelash growth is a known side-effect of Lumigan eye drop.
Latisse is applied topically once a day to the base of the upper eyelashes.
Allergan's Latisse, the new eyelash enhancing cosmeceutical will retail for approximately $120 for a month's supply, as Allergan suggests.
Latisse© and Lumigan©, are a registered trademark of Allergan, Inc.
