What is best for your beauty: eating fruit and vegetables or preparing all kinds of potions to nourish your skin? Let’s do this modest investigation and see who wins: potion or food.

Avocado

Potion: as it is rich in oil, it can successfully hydrate dry skin.
Food: when eaten it is even more useful, as it has a rich vitamin E content, which benefits skin a lot.
Winner: food.

Carrot

Potion: carrots aren’t famous for their skin care properties.
Food: cooked carrots offer great skin protection.
Winner: food.

Coconut

Potion: face soaps and gels are usually based on coconut ingredients, which act as face cleansing agent.
Food: eating coconuts may not be the smartest idea, as it is one of the few plants so rich in fat.

Grapes

Potion: red grapes contain an oxidant which protects skin when associated with vitamin C. The potion of grapes can be really helpful for skin if it is applied directly on skin.
Food: if you eat the fruit, the vitamins contained by it will even more rapidly be absorbed into the organism, as well.

Potion: the acid contained by the graph-fruit should, theoretically, give brightness to your complexion, but dehydration of the skin and irritations caused by it erase the positive effects. More often than not, graph-fruit is contained by certain skin care products for the freshness it offers.
Food: this is a vitamin C rich fruit, extremely healthy for skin and organism.

Potion: it smells good and has a fine texture, but it doesn’t contribute to your beauty in any way.
Food: rich in vitamins, it will surely help you protect your body.

Food: as tea or pills, mint can be used to calm stomach ache or irritated nose. But it has no effect o skin or appearance whatsoever.

Food: large quantity consumption of cucumber can result benefic for the organism, but it doesn’t influence the skin appearance in any way. Therefore, it is more useful for your skin if you use it for treatment and not as ailment.

Potion: it is said to have a cleansing and calming effect on face skin. However, these benefits may diminish until the potion is absorbed into the human body.
Food: it is a far better idea to eat strawberry, as they have rich vitamin C content, even richer than oranges.
