Home remedies, made mostly on herbs or other natural ingredients, are less expensive then other alternative treatments and nowadays, more and more people are preoccupied and discover the power they have to offer. Used from centuries or just discovered, compared with other forms of medicines, usually, home remedies are harmless and does not cause serious side effects.

- Mix 2 tea spoon of honey and lemon juice with a cup of medium warm water and sip
- Rinse warm salty water after every 1-2 hours or more
- Gargle the mixture of salt, water and white vinegar
- Drink a lot of liquids and try to avoid orange or lemon juice because it can irritate your sore

Here are some of the home remedies I've tried for body rashes:
- Chamomile tea is useful against body rash as it helps to heal quickly. Works good.
- Oatmeal bath is another useful body rash treatment. Mix oatmeal with the bathwater and bathe in the solution. This one works great for me.
- Use olive oil in the body rash area. It has the ability to cure the rash. I never tryied this one:)
- Take foods containing vitamin E. You can use gel containing vitamin E in the affected area. I read about it, but it is hard to prove it.
- Vitamin C is also useful against body rash. Take foods containing vitamin C.

Eyes are one of the most magnificent gifts given to us. To take care of your eyes some tips are
- Diet
- Sleep enough to give your eyes rest. Try to sleep at least 8 hours.
- Take a balanced diet. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables especially green vegetables. They are good for your eyes because fruits and green vegetable contains vitamin.
- Drink a lot of water
- Cosmetics
- Do not use mascara or eyebrow pencil. Eyes are very sensitive. Use only good quality eye cosmetics.
- Use castor oil for the eyebrows. Apply it before going to bed.
- Eye massage and home remedies
- Massage the skin around your eyes with almond oil. Do not give extra pressure as the skins around the eyes are sensitive. You can use your finger or cotton.
- Use cold water to refresh your eyes.
- You can use a used tea bag on the eyes to get rid of puffy eyes. Apply it for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Keep one teaspoon gooseberry powder mixed with a cup of water overnight. In the morning add one more cup of water with it and then splash the eyes with the mixture.
- Plunge cotton in rose water and add two-three drops of Castor oil. Place the cotton pad on your eyes. Keep it for 15-20 minutes.
- Splash yours eyes with cold water mixed with small amount of tea solution.
- Use almond. Grind the wet almond and make a paste with a little milk. Use the mixture on your eyes.
- Glasses/Sunglasses
- Use brand sunglasses. Good quality sun glasses protect you from ultra violate (UV) ray. Always use sunglass when you go out in the sun.
- Use zero power glasses to protect your eyes from dust if you are working in a dusty place.

This facial mask is so good. To Impossible to Use: You just have to not move you rhead and after a few days it becomes a habit. Nut it works faster than some other masks.
