Hair loss is a problem we all face at a point. Concern grows as you see the hair is still falling multiply. So eat more fruits and vegetables, especially citrus, parsley, broccoli, green pepper and blackberries.
You can take B-complex vitamin supplements or eat occasionally yeast. Also, if you want your hair to grow healthy you have to increase the amount of protein found in meat, liver, wheat germ, beans and peas, tofu, cheese, milk and eggs.
