Create your very own bath salts to help aid relaxation and to cure all of those general aches and pains that we all suffer from time to time. Take a large bowl or container and add 2 cups of Epsom salts, 1 cup of sea salt (you can substitute rock salt or course salt if you cannot find sea salt) and 1/2 a cup of baking soda. Mix these ingredients thoroughly. You can add fragrance to your bath salt by adding a few drops of your favorite scent, perhaps some relaxing lavender oil or vanilla essence. You can even color your salts using some food coloring.
Spread the mixture on sheets of wax paper and allow to fully dry. Store in an airtight container and use about 1/2 a cup to create a really relaxing and invigorating bath.
