It has revitalizing effect and it is recommended once every two weeks.
Ingredients:
- 6 cups of steaming water
- 1/2 cup of withered chamomile
- 1/2 cup of withered rosemarine
- 1/2 cup of withered mint leafs
- 1 piece of gauze
- textile pieces of cotton or flaxen
- kitchen plastic role
How it is prepared:
- boil the water and take it off the cooker; role the plants into gauze forming something similar to a small sack; push them into the bottom of the water vessel; cover the vessel with a lid and let it infuse for 15-20 minutes; remove the lid, stir the infusion a couple of times and dip in the flaxen/cotton textiles;
- when textiles are well moist with infusion, wrap yourself up like a mummy, except for the head, forearms and feet;
- put a cold compress on the forehead and drink slowly a glass full of cold water;
- lay down a towel, relax and let the plants act, but no more than 15-20 minutes;
- unwrap the wrapping, let the body cool down for another 15 minutes, and then take a shower;
Pay attention:
If you are hypertensive, suffer from heart condition or other severe medical disorders, the heat may harm you. In this case, it's better not to use this remedy.
