If you deal with cold sores or fever blisters or however you want to call them just try to soak them in nail polish remover, watch out it stings very badly, but it's worth it.
After it dried out apply Triple Antibiotic Ointment to prevent scaring and to kill bacteria.
It should help you a lot.
