Every night, half an hour before going to bed drink orange juice made out of 2 oranges (a glass of Tropicana OJ works too) mixed with the same amount of water. In the morning on an empty stomach drink the same cocktail again. Over time your intestinal transit it's going to "e;come to its senses"e;, becoming normal. If you don’t have gastric problems you can drink the juice without the water or you can eat oranges.
Having a fiber rich diet will help you even more.
