Sauerkraut and its juice may aid digestion and also has friendly bacteria and it's a great laxative. To have effect you have to eat it raw. Don't cook it. The heat destroys the helpful enzymes in sauerkraut. You can make a delicious salad from it. Take a pack of sauerkraut or a can take the juice out (save the juice to drink it later) add a little olive oil and a little sweet pepper powder and mix it together. Bonne appetite!
