A lot of women and men suffer of chronic constipation, which is not easy to deal with. Here are few tips that help me to get a relief of it:

  • At night eat one or two fruits rich in fiber: apple, oranges, etc.
  • In the morning eat cereals that have fiber and drink a cup of coffee.
  • On an empty stomach drink a glass of water where you squeezed the juice form a half of lemon.
  • Before going to bed drink a laxative tea, make sure is not too strong, you might be waken up in the middle of the night by diarrhea, which is not very pretty.
  • Eat in the morning on an empty stomach a square or two of chocolate.
  • Before going to bed eat a yogurt that contains Bifidus Regularis, which helps your digestion process.
