Remedy for constipation

A lot of women and men suffer of chronic constipation, which is not easy to deal with. Here are few tips that help me to get a relief of it:
- At night eat one or two fruits rich in fiber: apple, oranges, etc.
- In the morning eat cereals that have fiber and drink a cup of coffee.
- On an empty stomach drink a glass of water where you squeezed the juice form a half of lemon.
- Before going to bed drink a laxative tea, make sure is not too strong, you might be waken up in the middle of the night by diarrhea, which is not very pretty.
- Eat in the morning on an empty stomach a square or two of chocolate.
- Before going to bed eat a yogurt that contains Bifidus Regularis, which helps your digestion process.
Alternate those tricks and see with one works for you.
