Caffeine is, probably, worst drink to have before going to sleep.
Caffeine based drinks and pills (including Coca-Cola, Pepsi-Cola, green teen, chocolate, cough and cold medicine containing caffeine and so on) must be avoided at least 4 hours before sleeping.
