Prepare lemonade from the juice of a half a lemon, 1/10 of a teaspoon of cayenne pepper, real maple syrup and 10oz of water.
Drink this lemonade 6 to 10 times a day and, now it comes the hard part, you donít have to eat anything else. Drink also a laxative tea every night before you go to bed and every morning drink a quart of lukewarm water mixed with 2 tbsp of sea salt. Make sure you drink this mixture at least 2 hours before you leave the house. Go on this diet for 10 days and you are going to get great results.
