If you experience dry body skin on a regular basis, you should try massaging your body with a moist sponge after every shower for dead cell removal. After bathing, donít dry your skin using towels, but apply on moist body the hydrating body lotion for better absorption.

- 1 tea spoon of sea salt and
- 5 of olive oil.
