How I take care of my eye

Whether summer, winter or other seasons, follow a few simple steps to have healthier skin around the eyes:

  • To reduce dark areas around the eyes, regardless of age, sleep at least seven or eight hours every night. Sleeping with the head slightly raised would help against gravity, since it causes fluid to collect in the lower eyelid, resulting in dark circles
  • Use an eye cream around them, to keep skin hydrated
  • When applying makeup or cream around the eyes, using the ring finger, because it exercise less pressure on the skin
  • Do not rub your eyes. This is the main couse of eyes infections that can be followed by infections of the skin around eyes.
