Plant infusions aren't resistant in time. Therefore, adding alcohol or fat substances is required in order to maintain their flavor.
Flower waters are usually obtained by adding 90 or 60 degrees ethylic alcohol in the plant infusion.
First, a diluted infusion is prepared out of the selected plants with specific flavor or healing benefits. Plants are placed in a 400g jar so that the amount reaches half of the jar's capacity. Ethylic alcohol is pored to fill up the jar. Keep the jar in a dark and dry location and stir it twice a day for approximately 3 weeks.
Finally, strain the plants, pore the alcohol back into the jar and fill it up with distilled water. Stir the content to get homogenized and then pore it into a dark colored bottle.
