The best fluid to get well hydrated is water, unless you do a lot of workout. If you are a workout maniac or just exercise more then an hour you got to get hydrated with sports-type drink such as Gatorade.
Low-fat diary products are a good hydrator too; diluted natural juices with no sugar added are a good choice also.
Make sure you drink 8 grasses of water or one of the fluid mentioned above to stay hydrate.
Avoid caffeine-based drinks, soda and alcohol.
