Special diet can lead to a great skin texture. Look what you must eat to have a young, glowing skin.
- Fatty fish (salmon, mackerel, sardines, tuna);
- Seafood, which contain large amounts of omega-3 essential fatty acids and omega-6 with anti-inflammatory effect
- Fresh vegetables without starch, an excellent source of fiber and very low in fat, containing vitamins C and E, antioxidant and containing minerals such as calcium, iron, potassium and magnesium;
- Fat dairy products, especially yogurt with bifidus natural, which provides 40% of daily needs, helping bowel movements and thus the elimination of toxins from the body;
- Fruit and oil seed and oils extracted from them (olives, nuts, almonds, avocados, sunflower, pumpkin) containing minerals, vitamins (B and E ), but with a high caloric content, are rich in fat.
