Cracked hands -easy fix

Here are some of the herbal remedies I use for my dry, cracked hands. Hope to work for you too.

• Brush your hands calendula ointment or aloe vera.
• Apply a mask made from sweet milk and avocados (good mix two tablespoons crushed avocado flesh with two tablespoons of sweet milk to obtain a homogeneous paste); leave the mask to act 20 minutes then rinse with warm water. Spread with a marigold or chamomile ointment.
• Mix the glycerin with equal amounts of lemon oil, and grease hands 4-5 times daily.
• Grease hands with olive oil.
• After you clean fish or chopped onion smell from your hands can be removed if you wash or dab the skin with sweet milk.
