You don't have to go to an expensive beauty parlor to have a body wrap that will help tone your body and trim off a few inches; in fact you can make your very own body wrap using a few simple household ingredients.
Boil 2 cups of water and add 1/4 of a cup of sea salt and stir until the salt is dissolved. Next, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 cup of bentonite or green clay (this is sometimes called ‘healing clay' and should be available from health food/herbal remedy stores or via mail order or online). Mix the ingredients well to create a paste. Coat your body with the paste and wrap yourself in thin towels or sheets. Finally wrap yourself in plastic food wrap and lay down for around an hour. It's best to do this in the bath as the paste can be messy. Afterwards remove the wrap and take a refreshing shower.
It works

I am not sure about other qualities, but after this body wrap I feel like a new woman: lighter and full with energy. Thanks PS: it is messy!
