Ingrown hairs

A lot of people suffer of ingrown hairs and it's not easy to bring them to the surface.
I was struggling with ingrown hairs on my legs for a long time, getting them because I use a hair plucking device or electric epilator, which is very good, but it doesn't exfoliates the skin while it plucks the hair.
The result being the little pimples or dark spots that each have a hair inside. If you squeeze them the hair comes right off, but sometimes it doesn't.
My remedy was exfoliation before epilating and somewhere in between epilating or shaving right after epilating and somewhere in between epilating.
