If you are suffering from insomnia then try this simple home remedy: take a nice warm bath or shower before going to bed to help your body and mind relax. About half an hour before you go to bed brew some chamomile tea using the dried flowers and leaves of the plant mixed with one or two spoons of honey, and a splash of milk.
