You are only aloud to eat breakfast which include yogurt, no more then half a cup with chopped fruit or cereals; fruits, cereals, orange juice. And the other meals got to be only chicken soup. 3- 4 servings per day. The diet lasts 7 days and you should lose 3-4 pound or maybe more, depending on your organism and others activities during the day.
