When you have problems sleeping you can try some of these tricks:
- Try to listen to some soft music at night before going to bed, reading a nice book or taking a long walk (40-60 minutes).
- Before going to bed make some fresh “air baths” standing in front of you open window. Take a warm or cold shower 20-30 minutes before bed time (make sure you don’t take a hot shower).
- Make sure you pajamas are comfortable and your bedroom freshly aired.
- Go to sleep at the same time every night and try to wake up at the same time every morning.
