Seems that raspberries are very nourishing and make you fill full. So, if you eat raspberries for lunch and dinner you are going to lose few ponds in just days. I know it's a little too much to ask, but try it for a week. You are going to loose weight and never fill hungry.

I,ve been struggleing with my weight for a long time and what i did to lose the pound juice and blend ,my favoriet is mangoes, papaya, carrots beets and spinish. That also help my fphyroid ,constipitation,lron levle and give you more energy. Tropical fruits and vegetable are the best because they are more organic .
