Chopped heels don't go with an elegant beautiful leg. Once a week take a feet bath for about 5 minutes in a basin with warm water where you mix 5 table spoons of sea salt. Massage them with a rough towel. Then scrub your heels with a special heel sponge or stone. Make sure your skin is well dry; otherwise you will irritate your skin. Follow with body lotion or special foot cream.
