Soak your feet in hot water (as hot as it's comfortable) with few drops of lavender and lemon essential oil for at least 20 minutes. Scrub you heels while they still in water with a pumice stone.
Towel them dry and massage them with olive oil. Cover them with some thick sucks for an hour.
