By making a simple peroxide rinse you can whiten your teeth without having to buy expensive whitening products. In a container mix equal amounts of water with peroxide and use a spoon to give it a good stir to ensure that the peroxide is properly diluted. Swirl this mixture around your mouth for 20 or 30 seconds in the same way that you would use a store bought mouthwash. The peroxide will help to whiten the enamel of your teeth, and shouldn't taste bad because it is diluted with the water. If you do find an aftertaste in your mouth simply brush your teeth with your regular toothbrush.
