Probably you've hear it thousand times: in order to have a nice, cellulite free silhouette you must drink at least 2 liters of water/day. I am keep telling this to all my friends: water is important for your mind, health and beauty. If you don't feel like drinking water, just learn to take a 2 liters bottle near you at the office.
Try to drink a glass every 30-40 minutes. In less then 5 hours the bottle is empty! And, in 2-3 weeks, you'll see you don't feel it as a 'must' and more as a daily habit. Enjoy and be healthy!
