Bananas help you to avoid water retention so, go grab some bananas form your local store. Eat them as a fruit, combine them with your cereals, slicing them in little pieces or make a nice smoothie. Being rich in potassium they help eliminate excess of water form your body. Raisins can do the same thing for you. So if you can't eat bananas or you want to alternate eat a hand full of raisins.
