This regimen help people dealing with greasy complexion and acne.
Dairy product - yoghurt
Fruit - lemon
Vegetable - tomato
Infusion - thyme, sage, bur, lavender, rose, mint, violets
Supplements - 30g of beer yeast, 2 egg yolks, fine maize, shaving mousse, common salt, calcium carbonate
Stages
1. Cleansing
Use a lotion prepared of 200 ml of milk and the juice of half of lemon; after removing make-up, wash the face with remained lotion.
2. Completing cleansing
Cleanse the complexion with an infusion of thyme or rose petals, mint and sage.
3. Vaporizing
for 2-3 minutes at maximum intensity

1 egg yolk, 6-7 drops of lemon juice and fine maize are mixed together until a paste-like consistency is obtained; it is removed using any of the above mentioned infusions.

using vegetal oil for 15 minutes and deep moves such as pinching, kneading and then face cleansing using any of the infusions;

You can use one of the following home-made masks:
The mixture is removed after 20 minutes using infusion at room temperature.

pulverize the complexion using 20 ml of lemon juice mixed with 50 ml of mineral cold water.

The first lines (Dairy product - yoghurt, Fruit - lemon, Vegetable - tomato...) are intended to be the daily eating program or products to be used into the cosmetic treatment you recommend? Sorry, I am from Spain and I am afraid I can not understtand very well what are you explaining here.
