Apply Prep+Prime Lip. Be sure to apply the product slightly outside of the natural lip line as well.

Use a natural shaded lip liner to define lip shape. To play up more fullness, slightly over draw the center sections of both the upper and lower lips. Avoid over drawing in the corners as this looks obvious and messy. Draw by creating short, soft strokes that gradually build into a clean line.

Use lighter shaded lip liner to fill in the center and blend into the deeper edges, depending on lip size and preference.

Apply a darker lipstick with a brush to give contour to the lips.

Next, apply a lighter shade of lipstick to the center for added fullness and dimension. Go lighter in the center for maximum fullness.

Finish with a of complementary shade of Tinted lip Conditioner, again starting in the center of the mouth. This adds shine for a natural gloss effect instead of a high impact gloss.
