Even though both reflexology and palmtherapy use the hand as therapy mediator, there are essential differences between the two.
First of all, they have different objectives:
In other words, palmtherapy acts on thoughts and reflexology acts on organs.



Secondly, they use different parts of the hand:

In other words, the energetic network of the hand is exploited differently by each of the therapy methods presented.
Nonetheless, there are cases in which palmtherapy and reflexology may be associated to treat certain conditions with optimum results.
