SkinCeuticals Eye Balm review rating 3 out of 5 Good moisturizer but NOT worth the price

I have been using this for a month and while it moisturizes the eye area adequately, it does nothing to reduce fine lines as it claims. I have used products that were just as effective as a moisurizer for 1/4 of the price. Do not waste your money.
