15 is the age when you have to learn to take care of your complexion so you do not transform taking care of your face into a life long project.

Daily routine - ages 15 - 25

For normal complexion
in the evening, cleansing is performed using cleansing lotion followed by tonic lotion and very light hydrating cream. Mornings, if in the afternoon thorough cleansing has been performed, cleansing lotion isn't needed anymore, you can just use water and tonic lotion followed by hydrating cream and sun screen ( if the cream does not already contain sun screen), serum or eye cream.

For oily complexion
just as before with following adjustments: cleansing lotion can also be used in the morning (it isn't recommended to use soap for cleansing off make-up), also all the products you use should be made for this type of skin. In the evening, instead of cream you can use hydrating serum and in case of a very oily complexion use sebum control serum.

For mixed complexion
– it is indicated to use designated products depending on what problem is predominant (eg. if your complexion is mostly oily you should go for products destined to this type of skin). Be careful though at the sensitive areas around the eyes, for which hydrating serum is recommended.

For all complexions, once a week
- you can perform light exfoliation with products containing micro-grains, followed by a clay face mask. For dehydrated complexions, after applying clay mask hydrating mask is also reccommended.

Cosmetic treatment between ages 15 - 25

Cosmetic treatment in this age group, for all kinds of complexions, but without acne problems is recommended twice a year, during season changes. The changes affecting the skin matrix are seasons, stress, diet, etc.
