IWC Watches

Although a Swiss watch company, the International Watch Company (IWC) was founded by an American.
Florentine Ariosto Jones started to assembly watches in Switzerland and then he intended to import them in the United States.
IWC has become famous especially for its specialty watches, such as the Mark XI and Ingenieur - the first automatic IWC with a soft-iron inner case that protected the movement against magnetic fields, as well as for its sport watches, elegant and robust at the same time.
IWC also created DaVinci, a calendar chronograph wristwatch that is mechanically programmed for the next 500 years. IWC's watch collections from the 40's and 50's are in great demand since these timepieces are available at some really affordable prices.
